Description

and no dosage

Parcel vines planted on granite with carbonic maceration

the grapes underwent a short maceration and co-ferment in concrete tanks

this wine is a lot of fun

Kerasos, 2021 Lifestyle and no dosageNero DAvola can get a little too big and bold, but this one is anything but. The grapes are worked organically by a cooperation of farmers who are part of the Addiopizzo anti mafia movement, with fermentation taking place with native yeast, and ageing in stainless steel tanks. Fresh and very juicy with velvety tannins and some savoury depth, it makes for a great every day red.
